Everyboday was relaxing. I almost missed the Fruit & Vegetable Carving Demonstration.
At the evening, the show of Variety Performance was an unforgettable gala night of glitz and glamour staring. The Ruby Cast with "Rock This Town", Virtuoso Violinist Peter Fisher, West End Star Annette Yeo, Comedy Magican Jean Boucher and The Ruby Orchestra.
